Chamber Culture and Communications
Beginning with the first day at work, the Chamber introduces new employees to the Chamber culture that focuses on a fun, friendly, family environment. Employees are empowered to make decisions regarding their job and interactions with members and do what is best for the organization. The management team encourages staff input on improving processes, project planning and growth opportunities for the Chamber.

Work/Life Balance
The Chamber’s Work/Family Initiatives program began over five years ago.
